Cook: Personality Profiles
I have taken those a number of times before, that specific one uses the basic attributes and I am sure mathematical model of the DISC model, which was floating around, in the mid nineties. My problem with these models is three fold (1) they apply a back-or-white switch to a single personality model when we are much more complicated than that (2) each of us are made up of three things (i) the person we think we are (ii) the person other people believe us to be and (iii) the person we really are and finally they put in a box when that does not take into consideration (i) the person we are today vs the (ii) the negative person we could be and (iii) the positive person we can be.
