Its interesting to me in today's age of phsyco-bable how many times I hear people say "I just need to lower my expectations" of someone. While I completely agree there should be a right order to expectations I feel like we lower our expectations of others at times in order that no one should have any expectation of ourselves.

So while I also greatly believe in humility it troubles me greatly that people have no expectations of themselves, and don't want other to have expectations of them...
